  • Performing sales activities including offers, tender documentation, telephone contacts
  • Handling sales contracts, framework agreements and the corresponding amendments
  • Preparing all required documents for delivered goods
  • Providing Technical Support for customer and sales team
  • Creating and handling of marketing activities and service leads
  • Developing and maintaining good customer relationships
  • Actively selling products, services and cash collection
  • Translation of documentation, proofreading and product descriptions
  • Entering orders and invoicing in the company specific software, solving logistic issues.

  • University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of water technology markets (drinking water, wastewater, boiler / cooling towers, etc.) is appreciated
  • Chemical, biochemical, chemical-technical training or good laboratory products knowledge(spectrophotometers, pH-meters, turbidimeters, chemicals, consumables) -is appreciated
  • Experience in Customer Support, sales, laboratory and tender documentation
  • Customer care skills, good time management and resilience in prioritization of multiple tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Bulgarian language is an advantage
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer applications (ERP, Sales Force)
