  • Ensure the on-time and complete entering of the orders in the ERP system
  • Daily backlog management
  • Owner of customer disputes
  • Generate order acknowledgements
  • Coordinate with all internal groups to assure adequate communication and achieve high service levels
  • Work closely with the factories / suppliers to make sure items are delivered on-time and complete
  • Handover documentation requirements to the Documentation Controlling team and ensure the documentation is delivered complete and on-time
  • Conduct data management activities using the ERP
  • Maintain accurate and updated order logs
  • Make arrangements for inspections
  • Requirements

  • University degree
  • 2+ year experience in an order entry position preferred or similar;
  • Languages : English advanced level, Spanish advanced level
  • PC skills : MsOffice , Internet, Oracle
  • Effective communication skills
