As a Software Automation Developer at Waters Romania (Brasov), you will work on projects critical to our Informatics business needs.

As a Software Automation Engineer you will :
Define and execute test strategies and test plans for different areas of functionality by applying the appropriate testing approaches
Design, develop, execute, deploy, maintain software tests (design acceptance tests using Gherkin format, get familiar with the Visual Studio testing environment, Build up the testing environment etc.)
Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with the Quality Policy and all applicable procedures, contributing to the regulated environment audits (internal and / or external, ISO certification, LRQA certification, etc.)
Collaborate with the business representatives contributing to user stories defining, product backlog refinement and suitable acceptance tests sketching
To understand the department’s product suite and their position in the marketplace.
Contribute to self-improvement, team mates’ improvements and continuous evolution mind-set increase work efficiency and effectiveness with each product delivery.
Participate in and give feedback in team ceremonies and meetings.
Actively participate in learning and sharing activities either during informal or formal training.
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
Support team members’ development by sharing knowledge in his area of expertise.

As a team member you will :
participate in all team meetings and ceremonies in direct collaboration with other sites, provide input and feedback, take ownership on identified improvements
actively participate in learning and sharing activities either during informal or formal training and demos
demonstrate continuous technical improvement
You have a University degree (preferably in a science related subject or in engineering)
You have it least 2 years experience in Software Automation
You have C# Software Programming experience and a basic experience in applying technical standards
Strong object-oriented design and programming skills and data base knowledge
You are using efficiently your communication, teamwork, analysis and decision making skills and you are familiar with Agile methodologies.
You are fluent in English - speaking, reading, writing - Advanced Level
You care about software; you have a passion for what you do which you can clearly convey by your actions and experiences.
You have an eye for software design and can talk eloquently on a range of topics due to your experiences and also from reading and experimentation
