About this position : The primary role of the IT System Analyst / Developer is to configure / develop manufacturing execution systems using the JDA’s BTO software.
In order to achieve this, the IT System Analyst / Developer has to identify and document the business requirements and to be able to define the processes to be used.
The configuration of the BTO systems is done in the framework of Delphi IT projects; therefore the IT System Analyst / Developer has to work as part of a project team that comprises business stakeholders and various IT suppliers.
As secondary roles, the IT System Analyst / Developer has to maintain the product through its life cycle, by applying changes when needed and by providing support in high severity outages.
