Job Description

The Transportation & Fleet Manager is responsible for developing, steering, coordinating, and controlling the overall transportation & fleet operations, managing inbound, outbound and intercompany transfers of DG and RM, as well the metrics that reports on the transportation & fleet operational effectiveness and strategies.

Pro-actively seeking and leading continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

  • Design, align and implement functional procedures, contribute to and support cross-functional policies and procedures implementation for both Transportation & Fleet operations.
  • Develop annual PT Budget and periodical forecasting (PxF) for transportation & fleet, in correlation with financial algorithm;
  • Identify, align and communicate annual transportation & fllet annual goals and objectives(MWB’s)
  • Lead functionally and coordinate cross-functionally with Finance and Purchase / Procurement departments conductiong of annual / seasonal / on spot transportation & fleet tenders to maintaint PT service and cost at / above targeted level;
  • Support strategic business management processes(IS&OP, Commercialization) by providing functional inputs(cost / service / leadtime) and general business case analysis for relevant operational initiatives, including business rationale, risk analysis and contigence planning for transportation & fleet;
  • Design and monitor productivity projects, focused on continuos service and cost improvement via conducting regular audits and execution of various initiatives to achieve efficient business processes through leveraging various software tools while supporting cross functional partnership.
  • Facilitate and maintain periodic business review meetings and calls across regional and central teams. Keep and track related meeting and call communications, agreements and deliverables.
  • Develop supply chain visualization dashboards which will improve the overall Logistics development visibility and provide detailed information to stakeholders.

    Lead to signal opportunities and challenges disclosed in periodic performance data analyses.

  • Develop method of change management, process training, communication plans for transportation and fleet operations.
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • University degree
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Transportation / Fleet / Supply chain operational of which at least 4 years of managerial control
  • Experience in Transformation / Project Management or Procurement is a plus
  • Strong analytical and holistic data interpretation skills
  • Ability to organizing, planning and prioritizing work appropiately
  • Medium to High Knowledge of financial statements
  • Experience of cross functional metrics definition, implementation and utilization
  • Proven troubleshooting skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills
  • Advanced in English
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Analytics and situational analyses expert (Warehousing, distribution and inventory management is a plus Relocation Eligible : Not Applicable
