intuitive, efficient, multi-tasking, collaboration friendly interface - Realtime / Mission Critical : live interaction with the Customer on multiple media type (telephony, chat - sms - whatsapp-social media)- High Concurrency : event driven design for handling Customer Interactions and Agent Roster (collaboration) - Resilience : graceful degradation and self-healing;
