    In November , Goldman Sachs Asset Management acquired the LRQA business from Lloyd’s Register Group, of which it had previously been a part.

    Role purpose

    To retain and grow LRQA business with existing and new customers using digital and direct customer contact communication channels

    Key Responsibilities

    Desk based role to effectively interface with new and existing customers using digital and direct customer contact communication channels including the telephone, email and web-based functions to retain and grow LRQA business

    Build and maintain excellent client relationships through proactive communication and action to fulfil client expectations and meet personal annual sales targets

    Responsible for identifying and issuing quotations in line with personal, local and regional sales strategy and targets and adhering to Management Systems’ agreed contractual conditions and processes

    Build and maintain good client relationships through proactive communication and action to ensure the retention of existing (nominated) customers within specified target to meet local and regional sales and operations growth targets

    Qualify and respond to all leads and opportunities for new and existing clients provided from the sales administration team, consultants, trade associations and current LRQA workforce.

    Adhering to timescales and processes, take the commercial and strategic decision to action, close or delegate enquires to self or wider sales team

    Responsible for the identification and direct sales of Management Systems services including the achievement of Client Training Services, Tier 2 and 3 targets to assist in the delivery and development of Area Operations strategic growth targets and objectives.

    Provide regular documentation, KPI’s and data to assist with the forecasting and reporting of Sales and Management Systems performance against targets to assist in initiation and delivery of appropriate actions

    Provide information and sales support to assist with the efficient and effective coordination of Sales Forecast inputs across all departments to ensure compliance and align with the agreed timelines, policies and processes.

    Ensure effective two-way communication with marketing to share information and data on trends, competitive information, client expectations and market information to assist in the formulation and execution of targets and plan(s)

    Mentor and coach other team members and new staff to transfer knowledge of client training products and services in line with sales processes and systems

    Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health.

    Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager.
