AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee UK and Switzerland as key GMS mobility locations.
Ensure UK Short Term Business Travel compliance requirements are met each month.
Align with Europe HR model taking responsibility for mobility requirements and partnerships in Europe.
To support the implementation of the Project Assignment Mobility (PAM) Strategy in Europe and client billable projects’ requirements in the Region
To align, standardize and coordinate Project Mobility activities by providing technical mobility support and advice, ensuring close collaboration with other functions such as corporate tax, legal, finance, HR, payroll etc.
for inbound and outbound mobility in Europe.
Advise businesses and support travel compliance requirements within the EU region in compliance with EU Directive on posted workers.
Keep updated technical knowledge on mobility compliance requirements in Europe.
Support the GMS Regional Leaderin the operational expertise needed to implement Mobility strategies for the region with a focus on Europe.
Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reports to update the team on ongoing projects, compliance questions, processes, etc.
Initiate and coordinate PAM assignments in GMS tool
Coordinate documentation and information required for social security authorities
Research and preparation of compliance analysis to present and recommend next steps to support our clients’ needs
Provide necessary information and documents for Europe inbound and outbound assignees
Manage service providers (EY, Fragomen etc ) to ensure and confirm that the appropriate compliance actions are taken
Interpret and implement service partner advisories adapted to business parameters and requirements.
Ensure day-to-day working relationships with non-HR functions that are required to support mobility management, including but not limited to : Finance, Tax (Corporate and Individual), General Counsel, Payroll, and Risk Management.
YOU MUST HAVE :
University Degree or Equivalent
Strong Global Mobility Experience
Mobility compliance technical knowledge for Europe countries : Immigration, social Tax, Income Tax
Must have experience in mobility program operations, utilizing to the fullest extent external service providers in the GMS network.
Must be able to implement delivery of GMS strategy through influence.
Must have strong consultative and problem solving skills.
