  • Providessupporttocustomersaboutthe status of thecreated / requestedSCs
  • Checksupportingdocumentsreceivedfromtheclient, purchasingdepartment, financedepartmentoranyotherdepartmentinvolved
  • Answerquestionsfromsuppliers and advisesabout ERP system / SC / PR requirements
  • Workwithcustomersat Local Level
  • Buildgoodrelationshipswithcustomers / suppliers, managersonareas of goods / services
  • Providessupport in case of partner concern
  • The firstpoint of contacttofacilitate and resolvecustomercomplaints
  • Performperiodic and ad hoc reports
  • Buildstrategy of workingwithcustomers
  • Get in touchwithclientstounderstandtheirrequirements and toclosethem in thegiventimeframe
  • Lead customersbothinternal / external and otherpartners
  • Maintaingoodcommunicationwithallpartiesinvolved in the project, collectinformation, and evencauseotherpartiestoachievecommonobjectives
  • AnalysisaccordingtotheestablishedProcurementprocedure and Annexes

  • QualificationsMinimum qualifications

  • Very good knowledge of Arabic, C1
  • Relevant work experience in the field.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge.
  • Analytical thinking and self-starter.
  • Encouraged qualifications

  • Personal culture and client management expertise.
  • High motivation and ability to learn.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
