Drive the net retention rateWithin our organization we are recruiting for a brand new role to cover Cloud Business Analytics (Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization).
As a Cloud Business Analytics Specialist - Customer Successor in Oracle, you manage and assist our customers' Adoption Journey into Oracle Cloud Business Analytics portfolio and ensure they get the most out of their investment.
You have the chance to develop in a very broad spectrum, ranging from cloud expertise, customer interaction, communication and presentations.
This role is 100% cloud focused and blends technical hands-on and business skills.Main Responsibilities
Onboard customers into Cloud Business Analytics
Build the technical design of the Cloud Business Analytics use case and deployment architecture
Run hands-on and conceptual workshops, and Proof of concepts
Build workshop materials, best practices, recommendations
Using your technical expertise and product knowledge to respond to technical questions from customers around Oracle Cloud Business Analytics
Serves as the voice of the customer the customers’ advocate and provide feedback to product management and development organizations to enhance both the Service and Oracle processes
Driving high customer Satisfaction through the cloud adoption
Educate customers on new services / features / services / use cases
Assisting with or leading the development of relevant material such as workshops, demonstrations and training.
Maintain relationships with Product Management and ensure that feedback to / from the EMEA Customer Success organisation is prioritised appropriatelyWhat we are looking for :
Works in a BI related role today (consultant, developer, analyst...)
Knowledge and experience in working with BI products such as Oracle BI , Cognos, QlikView, Business Objects, Microstrategy, Tableau
Experience in working with a relational database system -preferably Oracle but others are acceptable as well
Travel is expected
Fluency in English

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify / drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
Work with small, minimally complex clients to develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues / replenish / renews contract with Oracle.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations.
Identify product expansion / up sell opportunities.
Duties and tasks are standard. Completes own role with guidance and within defined policies and procedures. Typically 0 to 2 years of professional experience.
