Within the Société Générale Group, you will join the Business Solution Center (BSC), which is a shared services center and is part of the Société Générale Group's Resources and Innovation Department (RESG).
As an editor and solution provider, the Business Solution Center includes also the big group projects and the transformation of the IT sector.
Your Role in a Nutshell :
Steers support teams, coordinate incident management, ensure service continuity, escalation of production incidents;
Organizes or participates in operational meetings;
Manages the team's Knowledge Management (document base, skills transfers (training), backups management);
Is involved in the continuous improvement process (escalate difficulties and collect feedback from partners, identify and propose areas of improvement for support activities and applications, send requests for improvement or requests for change);
Implements operational activities for new application / activity, collects and communicates information about the changes in scope;
Reports and communicates on activities, KPI’s, SLA’s;
Guarantees time tracking and workload allocation to appropriate time tracking and invoicing tools;
Leads the human capital on his / her team;
Handles recruitment for new positions in the team or for replacements;
Manages the process of onboarding for new arrivals and the exit interviews;
Is responsible for the permanent monitoring of access rights within the team;
Manages the admin part (planning and validation of holidays, working attendance during public holidays);
Contributes to the setup of the team's annual objectives, prepare the individual career path, supervise and measure the team's performance;
Is committed in budget management (necessary expression, recurrent monitoring, reporting of alerts);
Is a committed actor in the transformation, in the permanent improvement, participate or lead projects for evolution of implementation of tools / solutions.
A Little About You :

Good knowledge of Excel.
