About the role :

As Area Sales Representative at Nilfisk you will be an important part of our national sales and service team, which currently consists of approx.

10 employees with different function focus and responsibility.

Your primary focus will be to establish good and long-term relationships with our partners in Power Tools area, our distributors and end users.

Additionally ensuring that our partners and end customers are also offered top quality customer service.

You represent and possess some of the market's most competitive products for professional use in, among other Agriculture, Retail, Contract Cleaners and Building & Construction.

However, even though it is hard to ignore our professional product range, we want you in your sales to be based on our customers and end users, rather than in our products.

B2B Sales Representative position is our future colleague who will be responsible for sales plans in specific regional area, building end user customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Job Profile and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for sales results covering the following areas : Timis, Arad, Bihor, Caras-Severin, Hunedoara, Salaj, Satu Mare or Maramures
  • Participation in company programs and activities (according to preliminary announced schedules).
  • Creation of professional presentations (relevant to the established company model), report information in systematic and comprehensive view with details about customer needs, interests, opportunities, etc.).
  • Providing recommendations for optimization of the procedures and processes - relevant to daily work performance.
  • Developing sales process in dedicated geographical area managing dealers network or deciding to sell direct to final customer depending on type of project / direct customer.

    Thus, you’ll be involved in :

    Developing sales via new customers / projects

  • identifying the requirements of these potential customers and the possible solutions for them;
  • investigating the viability of potential clients from a commercial and financial perspective;
  • coordinating and participating in the drawing up of commercial offers;
  • negotiating offers and sales contracts;
  • conducting promotional activities for the products and services offered by the company.
  • Managing and developing sales to existing customers

  • establishing and developing long-term partnership relationships with customers, maintaining permanent contact during all stages of the sales process, throughout the term of a contract and afterwards;
  • responsibility for tracking and collecting debts in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in the contracts;
  • responsibility for the proper management of all market, customer, contract, competition information in his / her domain and for completing periodical reports (weekly report, CRM etc.)
  • Developing relationships with and indirect sales ( via partners)

  • identifying and attracting new distributors into the company’s distribution network;
  • ensuring the development of the customer portfolio of the distributors;
  • ensuring the permanent compliance of the distributors with the company’s policies and practices
  • Required skills and experience :

  • University degree (Economics or Engineering will be treated as an advantage)
  • Selling skills and proven previous sales B2B background (minimum 3 years)
  • Previous experience in cleaning equipment environment will be advantage
  • Very good customer communication and networking capacity, distributive attention, significant detail sense, fast decision-making capacity;
  • Energetic personality, positive mindset, courtesy and efficiency;
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region;
  • Good computer skills (CRM, Salesforce as advantage),
  • Good English knowledge
  • Clear and valid drive license.
  • Positive, can do attitude.
