AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM YOU WILL HAVE AUTONOMY TO :
Work closely with the project sponsor, multifunctional teams (Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Enablement, Learning & Development, Country Manager, and People Partner) to plan and develop the scope, deliverables, resources required, the work plan, and time for new initiatives.
Be a reference for other teams when it comes to the DCS Program.
Create strategic long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones, to ensure excellent execution of the program locally.
Analyze, evaluate and overcome the risks of the Digital Commerce Specialist Program and produce reports for management and stakeholders.
Develop partnerships with Universities and a network to promote the program locally.
Coordinate rotations and allocation of resources during the program, partnering with team leaders.
Ensure a smooth employee experience for participants, requesting feedback and implementing solutions.
