As a Customer Experience Professional with German in our Performance Material & Technology department, you will be responsible for the success of transferring knowledge and providing support to the order entry specialists for our team.
Act as SAP Super User and provide technical knowledge and support during SAP transitions / deployments. Comply with business processes and controls in order to deliver best in class’ customer service and order management fulfillment.
Successful and timely booking and life cycle handling of all order management activities. Work within guidelines of global policies and processes
Experience on similar roles such as Customer Experience Specialist / Order Management
