Insighsoftware Angles for SAP (formerly Every Angle) delivers a context-aware, process-rich business data model, a library of 4,200 pre-built, no-code business reports, and a high-performance process analytics engine for SAP Business applications including APO, ECC and S / 4HANA.

This integrated solution helps you unlock your enterprise data and gain actionable insights to act with decisiveness in an uncertain and quickly changing world.

Position Summary :

The Technical Consultant is responsible for the installation of Angels for SAP in a customer on premise environment or in the Angles CLOUD SaaS environment.

As an important team member of all professional services projects, you are responsible for the technical aspects of the solution during a PS project.

Angles for SAP customers are mainly enterprise sized companies with complex and state of the art IT landscapes and IT organizations.

The role requires strong communication skills internally as well as to the customers, and the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.

This function will be executed remotely based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities :

Assist customers with their goals and drive the Installation process

Participate in scheduled meetings with the customer and guide the technical topics

Provide Angles for SAP project status updates to the Project Management team and the Customer

Foster positive relationships with our customers as a technical point of contact throughout the project

Lead technical workshops and Customer trainings to support the installation, governance and embedding of Angles for SAP

Steer the project teams and the CLOUD team to successfully setup Angles for SAP

Provide Angles for SAP Installation scoping and effort development

Develop a deep technical understanding of the Angles for SAP products and connectors

Provide Angles for SAP subject matter expertise to customers

Work with other insightsoftware resources (Sales, Engineering, Professional Services) that may be critical to the product

Travel as needed not expected to be more than 25%

Qualifications

Experience in Software Industry

Knowledge about Windows server / operating systems

Knowledge about SQL (MSSQL)

Knowledge about how websites / web certificates work

Basic knowledge about scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.

Basic knowledge about networking (where CCENT or CCNA is a nice to have )

Strong analytical problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and some project management

Highly responsible and self-motivated

Nice to have

Knowledge of Linux operating systems

Knowledge about SAP basis

Basic knowledge about cloud deployments (AWS or Azure)
