You define, build and implement the business strategy, to capture market growth, gain market share on the B2B expertise.
You are accountable of entire Sales and Sales contribution margin for your portofolio while becoming the preferred supplier of the key customers.
You manage change by effective sales efficiency.
In this role, the Key account manager has the following tasks and responsibilities :
Be able to understand and formalize customer’ strategy and to find out unmet / unarticulated needs and business challenges.
Transform this understanding into structured business orientations and into a list of sweet spots / business opportunity.
As a formal delivery, to set up, update (at least on a yearly basis) Account plan 3-5 years horizon.
Decode customers 'organizations, influence networks decision making process.
Lead the commercial process to build robust relationship and transform it into close Collaboration / Partnership.
Develop the relevant customer intimacy in order to become the preferred supplier of the key customer;
Team Leadership :
Have the right level of empowerment to take the lead and execute the strategy / tactic
Be able to activate the appropriate Solina Stakeholders
Food industry background, deep knowledge of food industry, advantage in meat industry;
English knowledge at medium / advanced level (Knowledge of another foreign language shall be an advantage)
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Key account sales management , food industry;
Well experienced in contract and price negotiation
Ability to communicate effectively and customer relationship capacity;
Energetic personality, positive thinking, kindness and efficiency; rapid decision-making capability
Hands on attitude, entrepreneurial spirit
Experience with sales force, Microsoft;
