How could you help us do this?
We need an to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. The new colleague will be responsible for providing frontline support to managers, employees and their HR partners on queries relating to HR systems, processes and policies with accuracy, consistency and timely responses.
Provide support in the processing of transactions, data input and troubleshooting HR queries via our HR based applications and systems (HR Direct).
As a member of a regional Shared Services Team, it will be essential to collaborate with colleagues from other regional HR teams and local HR Operations group to ensure the delivery of a consistent and seamless experience to internal clients.
What kind of work would you be doing?
Develop and deliver trainings for new processes, programs, and platform rollouts.
What achievements should you have so far?
We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in this role, you should have about 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources within some sort of corporate environment.
Exposure to a tech company would be great, but we are flexible on this!
If you also have a degree in a relevant subject (economic, finance, human resources), great!

Of course, if you have at least 2 years of HR experience, you will know all about HR principles, practices and tools.
You need to be able to get your colleagues as excited about your activity as you are, so you need to be confident and persuasive.
