It will require the individual to both design and execute an SEM strategy for ADP across EMEA and give support and best practice guidance to our APAC and LATAM regions.
Because this is a new role, there is a significant opportunity for impact. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Digital and Demand for ESI, but will work very closely on a day-
to-day basis with the wider digital and non-digital marketing team to ensure all SEM investment produces the highest returns and is best aligned to wider department and company goals.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Build and execute a market dominating strategy for SEO, PPC and paid socialWork with the wider digital team to optimize the EMEA websites content, key PPC landing pages, form conversions and broader paid media activityConduct ongoing keyword research to guide content teams and implement successful SEO, PPC and performance marketing campaignsEnsure all on-
site technical SEO requirements are met and provide recommendations and implementation plans for any required fixesBuild appropriate reporting dashboardsMonitor the organic and paid search and paid media KPIsResponsible for all digital advertising goals and metrics including CPL, CPA and overall ROIDevelop and implement a relevant and effective backlinking and affiliate strategyContinue to develop knowledge and applicable use of SEO, PPC and broader SEM trendsWork with marketing teams to share results and findings from each project to improve subsequent campaignsEnsure co-
ordination of SEM leads are successfully flowed to marketing operations and subsequently salesCreate and maintain a close working relationship with the telemarketing and inside sales teams to ensure maximum conversion of digital hand-

EXPERIENCE : A minimum of 4+ years' experience working within a B2B Marketing digital and demand environment preferably for a software company, with direct responsibility for delivery and optimization of SEM activity4+ years of managing external agencies to support digital and demand generation through SEMInternational experience working with different cultures and languages in global organization preferred (EMEA priority)Use of analytic tools such as GA or Piwik to drive insights on SEM performanceExperience of managing and maximizing PPC budgetsExperience working within a direct sales organization in B2B marketing with a proven proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing programs a plus.
