Our engineering team is responsible for building the Adobe Experience Platform. We help thousands of customers collect, manage and synthesize petabytes of data with high fidelity and velocity.

We help them make sense of that data, glean insights and run algorithms, so they can deliver delightful experiences in real-time, every time.

We need your technical leadership to deal with exceptionally hard problems and build the next generation architecture of the system.

You will be part of a powerful team of engineers eager to take up the most sophisticated deliverables. We are looking for experienced technical managers with a passion for delivering results and strong ownership.

If you are passionate about high scalability, elastic infrastructure, zero downtime, multi-region, multi-cloud in the cloud based on open-source technologies, we’d like to meet!

What you'll do :

  • Responsible for the system’s uptime and development life cycle within the team
  • Develop a long-term strategy to achieve 99,99% uptime for the system.
  • Management and execution against the project plan and delivery commitments
  • Keeping your team motivated, performing appraisals for the team members
  • Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and solutions
  • Hiring and developing extraordinary people
  • Report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management
  • What you need to succeed :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
  • Very knowledgeable in scalable web architectures, distributed systems and patterns for enterprise application integration
  • 5+ years of experience as a software developer
  • 3+ years of experience managing people
  • Deep and hands-on technical expertise
  • Result-oriented and track record of shipping software on time, initiative and a self-managed approach
  • Experience with cloud services platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Passion for computer science, developing software & internet applications
  • Committed to the highest levels of quality, demonstrates thoroughness both in testing and code development
  • Being adaptable to a dynamic environment, loves to experiment
  • Good English language knowledge, both written and spoken
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
