The purpose of the job is to build & roll-out a plan to activate customers to convert more on our 34 webshops. Examples of these tools are product recommenders, product bundles, sms-push campaigns etc.
What you will do :
Responsibility for all onsite activation tools
Building & roll-out a customer activation plan
Project managing the implementation of all the customer activation tools
Continuous measuring & evaluation activities to ensure we are constantly improving our plans and tools
Optimize the visual presentation of the customer activation tools together with the UX team
Do research into other tooling we could use for customer activation
Must haves :
Teamplayer who can work with different departments

Test & learn mindset (must)
Affinity with technical possibilities of e-commerce platforms
Ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software
Commercial thinking with customer in mind
