Your Functions :
You will be working within HELLA Romania Special Applications division, being part of the Project Management team. You will be located in Timisoara, though you will be in permanent contact with the production plant from Lugoj.
You will be responsible for the achievement of the agreed project objectives and therewith for the survey and coordination of the project management.
Your duties are challenging and varied :
You will plan coordinate and define technical requirements together with the customer in the form of specified project descriptions.
You will agree targets connected with quality, costs and timing with the superior using existing processes and methods.
You will plan the resources, define work packages and plan gate dates using the documented basic workflows prescribed for the Time to Market process.
You will coordinate and monitor development tasks, taking prescribed methods and systems (including Time to Market process) into account
Involvement of internal and external service providers if necessary, taking economic, qualitative and scheduling points of view into account.
Your Qualifications :

You will have completed studies in technical field
You have experience in the field of Technical Product Development
You are familiar with the Time to Market processes and cost structure of an industrial product
You have strong skills in efficient time and deadline management and ability to work in a team environment.
You are able to manage project related risks and identify mitigation countermeasure
You have a good command of English and you have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
