Our colleagues in the GBS Finance team are looking for a new Financial System Administrator
In this exciting role within Kellogg, you will be performing a diverse set of work activities included in the end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) process for the Kellogg organization.
Here's a taste of what you’ll be doing
Acting as a core member of the GBS Finance team, you will be performing Master Data Maintenance in SAP, Anaplan and BPC Planning, while also running Scripts / Business Rules for data copies and product allocations, directly reporting to the Financial System & Master Data Lead.
As a System Support Financial Accountant , you will be accountable for :
Performing Master Data Maintenance in SAP, Anaplan and BPC Planning : Cost Centre / GL Account (COA) / Brands Maintenance and Hierarchies;
Performing data loads for financial consolidation : SAP to Anaplan to BPC Planning & Consolidation;
Running Scripts / Business Rules for data copies and product allocations in Anaplan and BPC Planning;
Providing support to the business for Actual and Budget period close to enable timely reporting of results;
Troubleshooting queries for Anaplan, BPC Reporting and Consolidation to ensure effective financial processes;
Performing System / Process Improvements and standardization - has a mindset of continuous improvement aimed at constantly challenging the norm and being innovative;
Regularly reviewing all processes to confirm that effective controls are in place to minimize risk to the business results;
Create a seamless and satisfying internal and external customer experience for all interactions with the Kellogg Center teams;
Communicating and coordinating effectively with cross functional teams;
Deliver accurate and timely European financial reporting information across the European and Asia Pacific markets and European Supply Chain;
Carry-out key checks before, during and after the period close;
Taking accountability for European market finance reports imbalance, identifying and resolving imbalances with market accountants and business partners;
Acting as lead point of contact for End User Support;
Providing Ad-Hoc support for projects, restatements and legal entity changes;
Contribute to a team environment that is focused on high performance and operational excellence;
Meeting service levels outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are delivered seamlessly.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
University degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology;
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a multinational organization, experience with SAP, Anaplan, BPC and Winshuttle is preferable;
Fluency in English is essential, second language is preferable;
Qualified or studying towards professional accounting or technology related field;
Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset;
Prior Help Desk and troubleshooting experience would be a plus; Acting as lead point of contact for End User Support;
Skills to effectively communicate to all levels demonstrating expertise, professionalism and confidence;
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel is required. Experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Access is preferable.
