nVent Hoffman CPQ is a powerful guided selling and configuration platform that allows users around the globe to easily generate quotations of standard and customized enclosures solutions.
The configurator is used by internal and external sales, partners, and website users for quoting, ordering, and fulfillment.
The configurator connects with the website, CRM, order management, and ERP systems.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :
In this position, you will :
Create and modify product models within the product configurator
Test and debug product models before deployment to users
Assist configurator users by answering questions, resolving technical problems, or escalating to others
Make recommendations based on own findings or user feedback regarding the implementation of product models and platform enhancements
Might participate in requirements analysis, specification development, and model reviews
Might collaborate with other departments on the creation of training materials and user guides
You have :
Certificate of Higher Education in IT or Engineering
Experience of software development or equivalent experience
Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
Experience with product configurators, selectors, or guiding selling solutions would be an asset
Ability and the interest to learn fast on electrical enclosures industry and related business processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team
