Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver consulting engagements related to Finance Function. Mainly related to financial reporting, controlling, planning, and budgeting within different sectors :

Advice on the application of Client internal strategy and procedures regarding the cost centers / profit centers.

Recommend cost optimization and post-implementation monitoring measures.

Perform analyses requested by Client Management considering various influence factors on the business.

Perform profitability analysis and support for management decision making

Enhance performance monitoring and improvement process, people, technology

Develop and improve Management reporting (tools) and dashboards

Develop and improve finance processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Work with clients on end-to-end Finance / Non-Finance transformation projects through project planning, execution, and conclusions.

Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks.

Keep updated with regulatory updates, industry developments, practices, and technology developments relevant for Finance Function.

Coach and help people grow by sharing knowledge and previous experiences, offering guidance and support, to attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies.

Your Profile

University Degree (preferably Accounting, Economics or Financials).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Financial / Cost Analyst, Financial / Cost Controller, or similar roles.

ACCA / CIMA is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is a plus.

Fluency in English

Second European circulation language (German, French, Spanish)

Excellent oral / written communication skills.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.

Oriented on delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and collaborate as needed with the team.

Self-motivated personality, commitment, and accountability.
