    Role : Offering regional support to Business Builder with administrative tasks and operating POSM regional warehouse

    Accountabilities :

    Administrative tasks :

  • Editing contracts
  • Create Vendors in SAP
  • Editing Invoices
  • Printing Bad Debts Late Payment notifications
  • Centralize reports
  • Split & prepare materials for all trade programs
  • Sending & receiving documents to HQ invoices, contracts
  • Regional Warehouse tasks :

  • Perform reception of the goods / materials
  • Unload the materials form the truck
  • Arrange all the materials on the shelves in the regional warehouse
  • Release materials from the warehouse
  • Coordinate with the technician and provide transport documentation
  • Perform monthly inventory
