The Site Manager is responsible and mandated to lead, manage and control all ITC related activities in the project to deliver on requirement, budget and schedule at one or more sites.
Supports the Project Manager in representing the project in all ITC related matters towards the customer. Represents the ITC function within the Project Core Team.
Ensures all staff receives (or has received) necessary safety and other training for efficient and safe execution. Implements works (including installations, modifications, tests, adjustments) in accordance with processes, requirements and local rules.
Mediates with designated local Customer representative for smooth daily operation for the Customer and timely completion in budget of BT obligations.
Ensures vehicle / wayside equipment and delivered with required safety functionality of installed and tested products. Ensures observations and incidents are documented and actionned / dispositionned to properly trigger and implement containment actions, problem resolution or closure, as applicable
