The HR Assistant - Benefits Administrator is focused on :
Delivering service that meets the agreed deadline and quality scores
Developing strong relationships :
Works closely with the team members and collaborates with the other departments in supporting the client
Communicates effectively with the client and third-party providers
Achieving the established productivity levels
Ensures confidentiality of information and protects client's data
Main responsibilities :
Offers information and provides guidance when requested by using the documentation available, making sure the response is tailored to the employee's needs
Assists employees in requesting and submitting their benefits selection
Performs benefit calculations where required
Maintains benefits member database
Makes sure invoices are received and validated within the agreed timeframe
Prepares monthly and ad-hoc reports for the client and for third-party providers
Prioritizes tasks according with their level of urgency / importance and flags any possible delays with the Team Lead
Ensures that all the deadlines are met
Conducts testing in preparation for upcoming projects or whenever a change is implemented
Actively participates in training sessions and meetings whenever the Team Lead or the Quality Team deems necessary
Coaches and advises new team members
Stays in line the work schedule
All other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :
Excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken & written English
Quick learner, ability to work independently and analytical thinking
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Advanced Excel skills using formulas and functions (pivot tables, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, logical functions)
Ability to work within a team in a dynamic environment
