As a member of the global marketing function you’ll be part of an eclectic group of teams covering everything from marketing technology, corporate communications, performance marketing, local growth teams, creative and production, to B2B and clinician marketing plus everything else in between.

Our teams handle both global and local responsibilities. We have people on the ground in all core markets supported and enabled by central specialist functions.

Digital Marketing Analyst

Our challenge for you

  • Work side-by-side with Performance Marketing & CRM teams in exceeding targets, identify trends and scaling the business
  • Deep dive and measure performance of online and offline campaigns, supporting with post-campaign analysis and providing data driven insights & recommendations to optimise media investments as well as customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Conduct customer segment analysis to support the optimisation and improvement of our CRM / digital marketing activities
  • Develop appropriate modeling to predict customer response rate, customer frequency rate, customer life-time value (LTV), etc.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM programs
  • Support and advise on the implementation, configuration and data of digital marketing, CRM and / or other digital analytics technologies (Martech).
  • Support in building robust reporting templates for marketing channel KPIs
  • Collaborate with other analysts within the wider Analytics team.
  • Developing optimal advertising measurement strategies while also adhering to strict patient data privacy standards.
  • Create A / B testing analytics best practices, framework and validation
  • Your profile & skills

  • Educated to a degree level with a significant quantitative component (e.g. mathematics, computer science, physics or economics), Masters desirable.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge and experience building & working with large datasets using SQL, Python or R.
  • Experience working with data from web and app install ad networks such as Facebook, Snapchat, Google Ads, LinkedIn etc
  • Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners or mobile app attribution (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer)
  • Experience in web analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience mapping cross-platform (web to app) user journeys across multiple devices
  • Solid stakeholder management skills to deliver results in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive self starter that can manage complex, unstructured projects and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
  • It is not essential to have all these skills, but an aptitude and willingness to develop those you don’t know is key.
