The Regional Program Manager will be responsible for assisting in managing several cross-functional programs. This role will also include managing tools and internal sites, updating program plans, assisting in managing and driving the teams to achieve program objectives.
The Product & Innovation team is looking for a dynamic and motivated functional mid-level to senior program management leader to help drive to a global market a unique and differentiated portfolio of products.
This role will be responsible for assisting in running program teams, updating program plans and status communication to the cross functional team.

Job Functions :
Work with regional functional teams to establish clear project scope and manage efforts in support of the Regional Product Manager.
Responsible for on-time delivery of program objectives that deliver consistent value to our business partners.
Ability to build consensus around recommendations and gain alignment across all stakeholders
Lead small to large scale programs and cross functional meetings
Delivering program goals via leading and aligning a team of functional experts to focus on obtaining the same goals
Communicate program status, program readiness, and business issues and risks across organization and to management, including senior management and executives
Creates and prepares documentation, reporting and metrics
Works to influence and manage continuous improvement of program process, practices and initiatives
Owns and manages delivery according to planned schedule of one or more high risk and complex projects
Optimization of schedule, resources and budget to manage trade offs.
Present several solution options and articulate their differences
Largely self-directed, seek for direction and advice when unsure.
Bilingual, Fluent in Spanish and English, additional other language proficiencies a plus
Experience working in a bilingual, cross cultural, global work environments
Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince2) or equivalent experience
Very strong customer service, interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
Experience working with very senior executives to develop, track and monitor the long-term Program Portfolio Roadmap
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program execution and stakeholders.
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
Computer literacy, with strong proficiency in all G Suite applications Docs, Sheets, Slides, Data Studio, etc
Working knowledge of Jira and Aha! tools a plus
Education & Experience :
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in a program manager role
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Relevant ongoing education through certifications, formal or self-study
