As a Data and Analytics (DnA) Support Engineer you will apply your expertise to help our team enhance, manage, and continuously improve our data and analytic products and platforms.
Application of project management and best practices will be required to ensure the quality of service and delivery. This role will have the opportunity to work across a diverse set of D&A platforms and tools.
You will work with key D&A team members to ensure our products and platforms are performant, stable, and optimized to support various functions and departments in the ELC.
In addition, this role will work with users to resolve issues related to user generated / self-serve reporting solutions to assure stability to the platform as well as the user application.
This will require coordinating across a diverse operations landscape to provide continuous improvement, product and platform integration, and excellence in issue management resolution.
The ideal candidate will receive general direction and guidance but must be able to work independently in a highly collaborative environment, across disciplines, brands and functions.
Ability to analyze current reporting and dashboards to provide optimization and integration of data and report delivery.

Experience in delivering and / or supporting complex reporting or analytical projects, products, and data platforms within Business Intelligence, Reporting and / or Analytic departments at a large organization
Experience in developing Analytics / BI solutions with data platforms (e.g. SAP Hana / BW, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake) and reporting tools (e.
g. Tableau, Power BI and QlikView / Sense)
Understanding of Analytics / BI storage architectures including data warehousing, data lakes and OLAP design.
Experience in Data Lake technologies a plus including; Azure Data Lake, DataBricks, SSAS
Experience with SAP, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects and HANA preferred
Experience in establishing proactive maintenance and monitoring programs as a leading aspect of establishing stability and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Ability to assess current analytics products / tools and help to transition to a enterprise production application and assure stability for the Analytics application and platform ecosystem.
In addition, work with key users / analysts to enhance and update tools and products available.
Research new techniques and best practices within the industry to assist in the design and enhancement of current products and tools.
Troubleshoots, modifies, maintains, and tunes existing platform applications
Create and / or apply applications to improve the availability of services
Experience in Agile planning and execution with use of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Familiarity of DevOps and CI / CD a plus

Experience of managing relationships and deliverables across global IT and business organizations as well as with on-shore and off-shore resources.
Work with project managers, infrastructure engineering teams, application architects and / or cloud ops teams to resolve issues which arise within platforms or tools.
