Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years relevant managerial work experience in a similar role;
  • You have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
  • It is preferable to have knowledge of the Bulgarian language;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • You must be self-motivated and possess superior time management skills;
  • Demonstrated software skills to include proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
  • Must have proven experience dealing with conflict management;
  • Excellent people management skills.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Contracts negotiation with 3rdP service operators in order to build best in class delivery operations with emphasis on outstanding customer experience at an optimum cost;
  • Manage courier service providers in order to ensure reaching expected performance levels for quality of service, speed of delivery and costs.
  • Set the appropriate working relationships and supplier engagement framework to ensure contract execution;
  • Management of all delivery flows in the company in order to achieve best customer satisfaction and seeks automation opportunities and leverage technologies in order to have better results;
  • Define and implement new delivery services and new return services enabling eMAG to differentiate by premium services and to monetize (revenue stream on transport not only cost stream);
  • Plan to ensure the appropriate delivery capacity for successfully managing significant fluctuations in activity volumes;
  • Responsible for all the results and flows which can have a bad impact in accounts receivables area (undelivered parcels, back to sender parcels, cash on delivery return flow, damages and compensation flows);
  • Cooperate with the relevant operations, commercial & platform development people in order to ensure flawless and efficient customer order fulfillment;
  • Develop a high performing and motivated team of specialists to successfully manage the courier activity for providing excellent customer delivery services at optimum costs;
  • Manages problem resolution and quality, including complaint reports;
  • Regularly meets with stakeholders to ensure we meet their expectations;
  • Coordinate, complete and monitor daily reports for all the transportation related activities;
  • Compliance with internal regulations and working procedure, labor protection and inventory items;
  • Establish new working procedure or adjust the current one if it is needed and ensures that the team is respecting the working procedure and provides support;
  • Develop and maintain an optimal working atmosphere and a competitive and motivating reward system inside the team.
