Accountable for the Business Administration Team processes, analysis, performance improvements, statistical and financial metrics.

Serves as a technical liaison between the organization’s teams and stakeholders. Works collaboratively with stakeholders to research, analyse, validate, and document business requirements, and to ensure that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly representing all stakeholders.

Translates business needs into system / application requirements and project components to help determine solutions to business problems.

Acts as a point of escalation for employees and possess the ability to handle most unique & complex situations. Solves common & complex business / technical issues within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives.

Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate and work closely with each member of our Business Administration Team to define all processes and training.
  • Identify areas of opportunity, provide guidance on process improvements, and recommend changes in alignment with business needs and initiatives.
  • Identify and comply with procedural changes within the service organization to achieve the highest level of operational excellence for the business
  • Collaborate with other regions to leverage best practices
  • Manage multiple tasks and able to prioritize work
  • Comply with procedural / audit / records retention policies
  • Drive to process optimization, quality assurance
  • Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
  • Provide analytical and reporting on a weekly / monthly basis and upon request
  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements.
  • Document requirements and translate into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations.
  • Education and Experience Required :

  • Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles or businesses
  • Worked with competing priorities and managed multiple tasks
  • Worked on self-directed activities with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge and Skills Required :

  • Fluent in English (written & oral). French, German & Spanish an asset
  • QAD & Service Now (SNOW) knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and strong process orientation
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong internal / external relationships and teamwork
  • Process Management & Transformation : Identifies process short-comings and works with others to improve or transform processes
  • Problem Solving : Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
  • Skills also include leadership, ability to work autonomously, tolerance of ambiguity, critical thinking, ability to influence and persuade, decision-making, flexibility, creativity, initiative, and presentation skills
