Develops and supports with advertising campaigns for customers, measures success of marketing actions, organizes and participates in trade fairs and customers / journalist events including creating and giving presentations.

Develops together with superior the marketing and sales targets (sales, quantity, margin) in responsible area and takes appropriate actions to reach goals.
Takes actions if corrective measures are necessary to reach goals.
Contributes to continuously forecasts sales, quantity and margin and supports a definition of yearly budgets, operational and strategic plans, coordinates between customers and internal clients, takes part in internal projects for optimization of business processes.
Develops and executes mid- and long-term strategies to improve business practice and sales development
Bachelor’s degree (Technical / Business Studies / Economics Science)
3+ years Automotive Aftermarket Sales experience required, preferably gained at trade level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to travel 70% within the region
Flexibility in working over the weekends
Valid Driver's License
You must live within Romania (regardless the city)
