What will you do

On the Business Analysis part

  • Work with the Development Team and Scrum Master
  • Form, prioritize and manage the Product Backlog for the VR / AR projects
  • Clearly expressing product backlog items (elaboration User Stories)
  • Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
  • Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs
  • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next
  • Drive the Sprint (performing sprint planning, accepting sprint results) and co-plan the Release
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders (implementation validation) and Product Manager (contribution to the Vision, the Program Backlog and the Roadmap)
  • On the Quality Assurance part

  • Requirements analysis and Issues tracking
  • Test planning and test cases design
  • Perform all testing activities required in the project cycle, including error handling, logs investigation
  • Create and run automation tests
  • What you need to own

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and test design techniques
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in software testing area
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of desktop and web-applications testing, methodologies and test design techniques, SDLC and CI
  • Practical knowledge of bug tracking system usage (e.g. VSTS)
  • Business acumen a strong focus on software product success
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality
  • Proactivity in suggesting new concepts / ideas
  • Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
  • The desire for continuous learning, an analytical mind, and a positive attitude
  • Results-orientation and focus on meeting deliverable timelines
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • What would be nice for you to know and have

  • Experience in Unity or related 3D environments
  • Stakeholder analysis (RACI technique, stakeholder mapping)
  • Functional decomposition and user story mapping
  • Prioritization techniques (MVP, WSJF, MoSCoW)
  • ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level) or comparable expertise
