We are looking for an Intune, Mobility and Endpoint Administrator to be a part of the Corporate Engineering Team responsible for establishing baseline design documentation for all Corporate Services.

The team is responsible for working with GTIS Enterprise architecture and the other Corporate Towers to agree the technical solutions to both new products and the upgrade and deployment of existing production services / products.

They are also expected to provide Level 4 technical support as and when required to support both Onsite, Production and Application Services.

Key responsibilities for this role are :

The candidate must have an in-depth Engineering Mobility knowledge (SME) of Intune, Citrix XenMobile, iOS & Android Devices and more importantly strong migration experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all end to end migration aspects of the Mobility Device solution configuration, handover and roll out.

  • Designing, installing and support of Mobility Devices;
  • Planning and migration of existing Mobile Device services to future solutions and troubleshooting any issues arising from or after migration;
  • Will be assigned responsibility for technical issues in the environment for problem resolution;
  • Ensure all activities are completed effectively and in accordance with Change Lifecycle and adoption of company project methodology.
  • Responsibilities include : change control, maintenance of files, document control, actual data collection and forecasting, updating of plans, administration of quality reviews, meetings support, minute taking and standards reporting;
  • Work with BSL teams such as Service Acceptance, Service Management / Design, and Application Support in order to deliver pre-
  • identified Production related products in line with the CLC.

    Candidate Background and Skillset :

  • Extensive knowledge of Telephony services and Mobility Devices (Online / Hybrid) - installing, designing, Topology & Disaster Recovery;
  • Extensive knowledge of Office 365 architecture, migration tools and technologies;
  • Intune, PowerShell, MobileIron, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), Citrix Secure Mail and Active Directory skills;
  • Proven experience with Wyse EndPoint Support and Configuration;
  • A good grasp of TCP / IP network concepts and network trouble-shooting;
  • Experience working with other distribution software packages;
  • Experience in maintaining systems in enterprise class data center environments;
  • Attention to detail, seeks to help and co-operate with customers in order to develop productive, professional relationships with Customers (internal / external);
  • Good problem solving, decision-making skills and effective communication skills;
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented and focused on self-development.
