The Partner Channel Marketing Manager (PCMM) for Enablement role is key to Microsoft's partner management strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner Organization.
This role will need to understand the all-up cloud partner ecosystem, identify and prioritize partners to build capability with, and associated requirements to enable breadth partners through digital engines, virtual learning and in-
person events to drive partner solutions in market. The Partner Channel Marketing Manager Enablement role will help partners achieve go-
to-market ready status. They will define and drive the overall partner readiness plan activating against targeted partners.
This role will enable partner transformation by leveraging worldwide partner incentives and investments, landing a diverse set of incentives and investments to a broad ecosystem to support Microsoft’s business priorities and opportunities and is responsible for landing partner incentives and investments and managing key partner relationships to ensure plans are communicated and managed internally and externally within the Microsoft field.
The PCMM is also responsible for feedback to the WW Incentives and Investments Team to optimize partner funds for growth and transformation Having a good understanding of cloud technologies and partner operations and knowing how to leverage scale engines and bring relevance to local markets will be keys to ensuring successful outcomes.
Understand Microsoft’s value proposition, brand and programs to drive new partners to put solutions in market. Understand capacity and capability needs and build an enablement strategy and plan for targeted partners.
Validate strategy and plan across relevant stakeholders. Accelerate partner capabilities through corp and local enablement programs and engines in coordinate with your Recruit peers to engage new partners.
Land digital and in-person enablement engines and content to partners, working closely with relevant teams. Deliver the right enablement activities in the right format, to the right partner audience, at the right time.

Accurately identify high potential partners within all partner engagement motions alongside key stakeholders. Once identified, adjust partner enablement plan to accelerate the partner's capabilities ensuring a quicker time to market.
Coordinate overall partner enablement efforts with Area / Sub teams and engines to assure effectiveness. Report on progress and challenges with enabling our partners within your Area / Sub and to Corp.
Become the subject matter expert on enablement for your Area / Sub and share partner enablement best practices with the sub and global Enablement peers.
