In this position, you’ll expand the horizons of Hella’s E-commerce sales channel by managing day to day business with our online partners.
You’ll also work closely with internal stakeholders to help us to continue growing profitable partnerships across the geographies and product groups.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field
2 years of work experience in e-commerce, Product Merchandising & Marketing, eCommerce Search Marketing & Data Analytics experience
You have excellent analytical skills required to identify opportunities and business insights,
You communicate results effectively and are enthusiastic about collaborative work
You have a strong understanding of the digital landscape (online merchandising, digital marketing, web development) and how to translate that into increased business
You are experienced in Project management and have organizational skills
You’re proactive and self-driven; you thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient oral / written English level, additional languages are a plus
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as a general understanding of a CRM system.
You support daily e-commerce business - process customer inquiries / requests
You act as Sales key account Support editing offers / bulk buys / etc.
You create Reports and evaluations required for business insight
You support Product Management and Sales with product listing on customer level
You create and maintain KEA (ASIN) in SAP
You create and maintain cases in HELLA portals (e.g. Salesforce) and also customer portals
You support the European E-Commerce rollout, based on customer requirements
