You will coordinate the training and development activities within the Proposal team, working closely with Team Leaders, Technical Lead and other stakeholders.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :
Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of PSS solutions and other BU's (Business Units) products and Industry applications and act as Technical and Applications Consultant for the Proposal and sales teams
Ensure that the training facilities are fit for purpose
Collaborate with proposal management and Senior Proposal engineers in order to tailor training content for the Proposal team
Update and maintain the technical and commercial training curricula for the Proposal engineer function to support the ongoing development
Coordinate the soft skills programs for the Customer Care teams, in partnership with the management team
Coordinate with proposals functions in all European countries to drive proposals best practices in the region and share tools, standards, references, benchmarks, lessons learned, etc.
Lead the onboarding process for Proposal engineers on the technical and commercial aspects of the PMO (Project Management Office) Proposal Process
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED :
3+ years of experience in the automation industry with good technical knowledge of different industry segments (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Refining, Pharma etc.), preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience with PSS products and solutions (DeltaV, DeltaV SIS, AMS) as well as third party solutions and their integration with DeltaV (RIO, PLCs, PIMS, LIMS, etc.)
Good understanding of Industry Processes and specific Industry requirements for Control and Safety Systems
English language upper intermediate (written and spoken); Knowledge of a second European language is considered an advantage
University studies in an Engineering discipline (preferred : Automation, Electrical, Telecoms, Chemical)
