We have a great opportunity for a Sr Customer Experience Project Management Professional ( Black Belt) to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in Bucharest! Be part of agroup responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated withmanaging change through project and process improvement initiatives, recognizedfor leadership, innovation and diversity.
Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
Provide on-site and off-site leadership for project team by building and engaging team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Full project life cycle ownership : successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major and / or several minor initiatives simultaneously
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
Monitor staff performance and support / complete performance reviews
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
Act as an internal quality control check for the project
Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
University Degree with significant experience in the field
Work Experience Required (area and length of experience) Min. 3-5 years’ work experience working in an international work environment.
Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
3+ years of process management / improvement experience, including driving process change.
Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert certification
A good understanding of CRM and ERP systems (SAP and SFDC is a plus)
Management of a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
Demonstrated results in system and project / process management with customer focus.
Prior experience of process mapping evaluation and to identify opportunities for improvement
Experience in driving Change Management
