What you will be doing :
Work among an Agile team and complete work items in timely, highly maintainable manner
Work with Design Team to translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Post-Covid, occasional travel is required to our USA locations (Portland and Grand Rapids) Who you are :
Be a driven self-starter and have excellent written and oral communication in English.

Care about writing structured, readable and well-designed code, while following best practices Qualifications & Skills :
Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Proficient with Kotlin and / or Java
Minimum 7 years’ experience, the last 3 years building customer facing commercial Android apps.
Experience with custom device Android and with Android test automation.
Familiarity with OS level debugging and performance optimization
Experience with Android frameworks such as Dagger, OKHttp, RxJava.
Experience with Design Patterns such as MVC, Singleton, etc.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Experience with profilers, debuggers, and GIT.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
Familiarity with 3rd Party API integrations such as Bluetooth, Keychain, etc.
Understanding of Google’s design principles and interface guidelines
Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment
Experience with C# and .Net is a plus
Knowledge and experience with Apple and Google application stores is preferred
