Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Business Partner on our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) team in Romania Key Responsibilities Prepares financial and business related analyses, research and risk assessment in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, revenue recognition, working capital and investments.

Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, competitors and other related areas within the industry.

Utilizes computer systems to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data developed. Assists in the development of business policies, conducts special financial and business related studies, and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses.

Builds and develops relationships with key stakeholders and customers in order to achieve business goals. Analyzes and evaluates financial plans, including actual and planned results.

Ensures corporate compliance to government regulations and internal controls. You will : Key financial & business partner for both Inside and Outside Regional Sales Directors, Ops team and Marketing team.

Partner with Regional sales leaders and his direct reports in managing the business : develop budgets driving profitable growth of the business and formulating strategies.

Exert controllership : function as sale’s focal point for escalations within the finance organization; assume approver role in processes as required and ensure that policies and approval matrices are being followed Provide input and approval on comp exceptions and escalations’ HC planning and ROI, daily / weekly performance review.

Review and approve large CoD (cost of disat.) requests, special pricing, parts procurement, exception approvals, Partner rebate and inventory management.

  • Work with legal / contracts team in reviewing & approving finance related terms and conditions Lead process improvement initiatives : develop processes, tools and controls to support business requirements and drive business performance;
  • work with Sales Ops on OEM affinity structural governance review and approval, rule of engagement exception case review and approval Other responsibilities include training for sales, quarterly revenue recognition, MRL (mgmt representation letter) and sales opex planning & management Essential Requirements Master’s degree in finance, Economics or equivalent, with 8+ years relevant experience in finance or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus).

    Understanding of complex sales motions; Knowledge of the OEM business and market trends pertaining to such. Strong background and deep knowledge in related disciplines (Finance, Sales Operations, Sales) including delivery on business & financial goals and strategy and manage a strong risk management and control environment Towering strength in business acumen & financial acumen Good executive presence and presentation skills, with ability to influence at all levels, Strong people skills, influencing & leadership skills.
