Description Under minimal supervision manage overall documentation on assigned orders within PMO (Project Management Office) and serve as documentation primary contact.
Ensure all documentation requirements are met, following the requirements of the order while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Primary point of contact for all documentation communication within assigned orders. Responsibilities
Review customer comments on documentation and ensure on time submission of all the documents
Coordinate and expedite if assistance is needed from other departments
Suggest efficient and proactive solutions, and create and implement a strategy for each order to comply with customer requirements and allow Emerson to invoice orders within agreed timeframe
Take ownership of the follow up on documentation package with the customer / Sales Offices / Project Manager / Factories and other internal or external customers by email or (when is necessary)
Early understanding of the order documentation dossiers, their contents and due dates.
Organize and submit documentation with transmittals as specified in the PO / Contract or Emerson procedures
Preparation of final data books as specified in the PO / Contract or Emerson procedures
Archive soft copies of documentation and prepare hard copies for customer delivery
Provide regular documentation reports
