Since launching in 2014, we have been on a mission to fight financial crime on a global scale. In that time, we have raised over $35m in funding, opened offices in New York, Singapore and Romania, and have grown to over 260 employees, and we're not stopping there!
We aim to grow to over 350 employees in the next 12 months, as we continue to fight the good fight against financial crime and help make compliance less painful for our client base of over 450 customers across 45 different countries.

We have on-boarded 50 people in the last 12 months so our HR Business Partner will play an instrumental role in complementing the efforts of our recruitment team by ensuring that we maintain a strong culture where people thrive and grow with us.
Partner with the Cluj office (50% engineering) and ensure a deep understanding of the business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
Partner with the recruitment team and the line managers to assure a robust job offering process and on-boarding of new-comers into the organization
Partner with line managers to enhance performance, support their development, develop succession plans, talent development or performance improvement plans and overall empower the management population to become better leaders.
Own the continuous feedback cycle and drive employee engagement agenda for the Cluj-Napoca office through planning and implementing organizational culture activities
Proactively analyze recruitment and retention trends to develop clear action plans that increase engagement and morale, using data to measure the success and return on investment of initiatives

5+ years HR manager / business partner experience - trackable experience scaling company culture in a fast-paced environment will be a big positive
Outstanding people skills - ability to engage, motivate, deliver organizational change
Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
Strong employment law knowledge
Demonstrable emotional intelligence and ability to handle complex, social dynamics among ambitious employees
