We are looking for an experienced Product Data Analyst to be part of our Product Insights LabIn this role, you will be working with business performance metrics, best engagement indicators, the conduction of A / B tests, building reports, and providing actionable recommendations.
We are looking for a person with a good business sense and a strong analytical mindset in order to leverage data to drive decision-making and identify growth levers.
Define and track key performance indicators for our products
Generate insights about how our audiences use our platform to inform future product development and audience growth.
Design, deliver and automate reports, implement analytics tagging, master exploratory analysis and insight, all in close collaboration with partners across the product and business groups.
Design, build and automate dashboards
Partner with product managers on the end-to-end process of test design, implementation and analysis
Document and communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
Designing ETL data processing to provide stable reporting in a dynamic data environment.
Proactive trend analyses to surface underlying insights and bring forth early strategic discussion
Engage in data deep dives and experiments, including hypothesis formulation, experimental design, significance-setting, and post-experiment analysis
Identify and interpret trends and / or patterns within complex data sets
Responsible for data analysis, validation, cleansing, collection, and reporting
Analyze and maintain reports and dashboards to generate timely actionable insights
Run deep data analyses and investigations
Proven of experience as a product data analyst.
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as economics, mathematics, or computer science
Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Data Studio, or similar.
Strong data visualization skills
Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar.
Expert knowledge of user segmentation, and consumer insights experience.
Experience working on ETL and Data Modeling.
Programming skills such as using Python or R for data analysis / visualization.
Strong experience working on, defining, and using analytics events.
Deep understanding of subscription metrics such as Churn rate, MRR, ARR, ARPU, LTV.
Proven ability to drive business results with their data-driven insights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Prioritize and manage work, working to multiple timelines
High level of initiative and a make it work’ ethos
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrates taking ownership of issues through to resolution
Comfortable working across-geographies with team members in a fast-paced environment
