I. Purpose ofposition

Thisposition provides 2nd line support to Gilbarco Veeder-Root's EMEAcustomers enrollment in Wet Stock Management Services for InSite360 projects.

The Senior Projects Analyst will enroll sites, identify, investigate, close-outand or provide solutions to system generated and customer reported incidents.

Responsibilities include and not limited to technical support involving on-siteengineers, providing on-going mentoring and coaching to 1st linesupport Pilots & Projects analysts, providing AVA, SIR services, assistwith investigations, closed loop data as well as playing a pivotal supportingrole to the service account manager in providing monthly statistical reportinginformation and customer requested data.

They are also processing Audits of the1st line analyst to track progress and the correct competencies arebeing followed.

Primary task is to follow the agreed rollout plan and providefeedback and details on project status.

GilbarcoVeeder-Root (GVR) requires that all associates comply with the actual GVR HSEPolicy, as well as the Fortive Standard of Conduct.

  • III. KeyResponsibilities

  • Enrollsites in FMS. Ask for S numbers in US. Receive communication from authorizedcallers and make sure the service companies are following Standard Work toinstall data loggers
  • Basedon agreed rollout plan, Project analyst will plan and execute site enrolment.
  • Ensure the timely completion of all daily operational tasks.
  • Provide specialist support to field personnel to help identify and correct customer site issues.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data set
  • Ensure implementation reporting deadlines are met.
  • Serve as a senior member on various teams and provide information, mentoring and support.
  • Troubleshooting of remote communication issues, primarily modem and TCP / IP communication protocols.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of all system capabilities. Can use knowledge developed to provide a higher level of analysis over and above current processes.
  • Assist Training manager with any future development needs.
  • Develop product knowledge to the level necessary to handle application questions.This includes assessing the capabilities of GVR products, how they should be used in each application and how to configure systems.
  • Work closely with EMEA Management to assist in the development and implementation of new / modified services. In addition to these functions, employees are required to carry out User Acceptance Testing.
  • Assist the Team Leader with Daily Management activities.
  • Provide live demonstrations of Tools / Systems to customers and staff visiting the WSM Office.
  • ProvideAuditing on Analysts and provide 121 feedback, Highlight any training orcoaching needs.

  • Uponrollout completion or when sites are in WSM ready stage, the sites will behanded over to operation team

    The associatehas the authorization to work within the framework of the actual Delegation ofAuthorities (DOA).

    Experience / knowledge

    At least 2 years experience as a WSM Analyst, PC Literate

    Analyst Experience, Understanding of M2M Technologies
