    Your responsibilities :

  • Build and execute the sales strategy and further short and long-term extension in Romania market
  • Inspire, lead and coach the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Build long lasting relations with clients / potenial clients
  • Participate in the development activities of our services and products in order to adapt them to local customer expectations.
  • Monitor the competitors activities
  • Be part of the top management team to define and make the future of the company
  • To drive the Restaumatic culture and values in the local organization
  • Our requirements :

  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven and goal-oriented person with high culture of leadership as well as communication professional
  • Minimum 3 years of experience from B-to-B sales of specialized services or products
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building / developing and managing an effective and well-coordinated sales team
  • Excellent people management skills (paying attention to others results and growth, being a role-model for others)
  • Fluent English
  • Curiosity, inquisitiveness, HUGE ambitions, hunger for success and "think BIG"!
  • Additional assets :

  • Experience in a start-up environment and business scaling.
  • Passion for new technologies and knowledge of Saas type software and e-commerce market
  • Knowledge of the gastronomy business
  • Willingness to travel

The system is not only a tool for accepting orders, but also automatic reminders, loyalty programs, integrations with POSs, mobile applications, and sales support, and problem-solving.
