About the Role

The Associate Project Manager role within the ESG Research’ division, will play a key role, in supporting important functional and cross-functional projects, while leading a few, smaller projects and continuously driving best practices and innovation.

These projects will use standard project management methodologies, governance structure and best practices and the incumbent will ensure that he / she is able to bring that level of expertise and acumen to drive multiple projects, both in terms of oversight and in terms of hands-on project coordination.

The role will be embedded within the Operational Excellence team, to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and will help improve operations on a continual basis.

The successful candidate will adapt to a dynamic business environment and navigate changing priorities while ensuring key project deliverables are met within timeline and budget.

This role needs very strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, multi-tasking, communication, problem solving and organizational skills to be successful.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior leaders, key business partners and team leads within Research Products division and across the organization, on various projects and initiatives
  • Support the execution of key priorities and strategy against ambitious timelines
  • Lead specific projects in terms of managing project plan, scope, budget, time and communication
  • Support the Director-OE and Senior Project Manager, in overall project portfolio management, to ensure relevant insights are available for informed decision making
  • Identify opportunities in existing environment to enhance efficiency and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive key deliverables and milestones on projects where there is hands-on involvement
  • Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management, including several projects delivered within a high-pressure environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree with certification in project management preferred (PMP)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and under tight timelines while maintaining a high degree of output
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams and at all levels
  • Excellent skills around multi-project and resource management
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft systems (including high proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and modern software solutions
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment
