Senior Brand Manager Intimate Hygiene (Libresse & Tena Brands) - based in Bucharest
Our Consumer Goods South East Europe team is looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager.
About the role :
The person will be responsible for designing and developing of Libresse & Tena activation strategies for SEE region according to global guidelines and marketing priorities (key countries : RO, BG, SER, HR).
The person has direct responsibility for Libresse brand managing and driving / coordinating product & brand launches in RO / BG / MD and SEE overall managing & supporting of Brand Manager Femcare ADR (Libresse) and Inco SEE (Tena), building strong SEE Intimate Hygiene Brand Marketing Team to create strong Marketing plans and to drive local sales / market shares growth and reach overall Essity targets.
The person will cooperate closely with the Local teams in RO and ADR (Sales, Customer marketing, Controlling, Customer Service, Logistics), Regional Marketing Manager, Commercial Director, different Agencies in several countries, Global functions.
Main tasks :
Successfully manage Femcare & Tena categories development in all SEE countries focusing on key ones, long-term and short term strategic planning.
Develop / support development of Marketing plans for Libresse / Tena focus countries, ensure efficient implementation in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans.
Develop, lead of the brand-marketing activities, including Media strategies for key countries with all relevant touchpoints coverage, evaluate all initiatives.
Coordinate BTL with other communication activities.
Propose and manage optimal assortment (incl packs artworks) and corresponding pricing.
Plan and manage related budgets.
Manage multiple agencies in different countries (Media, BTL, PR).
Organize / lead local support for legal checks (assortment / packs, comm, actions, projects)
Analyze market and sales data, make conclusions and recommendations.
Contribute to the Global Brand Development work related to Libresse, Tena.
Contribute on the regional requests on plans, communication, strategies, assortment, pricing, budgets.
Ensure adequate internal and external communication (local, regional, global).
Facilitate cross functional relationship and contribute to best practice sharing, networks and projects, provide leadership and expertise.
Build Intimate Hygiene SEE Brand Marketing Team, also as a part of Regional Marketing Team.
University or college degree in Economics / Marketing
Min 5 years of proven successful experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG
Preferably experience in senior positions and leading the teams (managing subordinates)
Regional responsibilities / experience appreciated (managing different cultures)
Fluent in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, commercially driven
Strong project management with different stakeholders skills
Customer and consumer driven
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a matrix organization
Self-motivated, passionate and goal oriented
Team player and strong team leader / manager / coach
