Description This is an IT Client & Security Provisioning Coordinator within the Emerson Service Delivery and Operations Organization.
The incumbent will have the ownership for the coordination of the Client & Security service provisioning as defined by Emerson IT (Endpoint Management Lifecycle Service, Patching, Active Directory migration, PC campaign for acquisition .
Area to be covered is Europe and Middle-East but may expand to other areas on assignment basis in APAC and NALA. (She / he will be responsible to deliver agreed level of services for project management to internal customers and to use associated applications, technology and infrastructure supporting delivery of these services in an ITIL inspired environment.

Promote efficiency in all working practices
Collaborate with ELMS (Endpoint Lifecycle Managed Service) Service Owner, IT Security team and any relevant IT organizations to improve the global service
Follow and enforce Emerson policies and rules regarding relevant IT management, security, standards and procedures, liaise with other teams when required
Maintain the required level of skills to meet excepted level of service
Insure optimized provisioning timeline and task coordination for any Client & Security services rollout, eliminating project management complexity for local IT teams
Be responsible for resource capacity for the projects, closely work with the Client & Security Provisioning Manager and with the EMEA Client & Security Operation Manager, escalate any issue
Lead the regular project calls, manage any conflict that could impact the success of the project
Produce and communicate the associated minutes to right audience, highlighting clear actions, main decisions and potential risk for the project
Manage the communication during the project lifecycle, be the bridge between the stakeholders and the Provisioning organization
Closely collaborate with the Onboarding organization and escalate any deviation to the planning
Contribute to the specific Client & Security Provisioning processes definition and improvement plan
Make sure that the sufficient Client & Security Provisioning metrics reports are accurate
Make sure that agreed levels for Client & Security Provisioning KPI’s are reached
Participate to the necessary documentation and procedures definition and maintenance
Be the actor of the CSI process to improve the current Client & Security provisioning service, features and associated tools
Education to degree level or equivalent, but experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT of which a time managing project teams, preferably in a large enterprise environment
ITIL or equivalent awareness or certification
Language knowledge : fluent in business English (speaking / writing); any other languages are considered an advantage
