The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the local facility, which will allow a productive working environment for staff.
Responsibilities and tasks :
Office management which includes travel arrangements and billing, coordination of the overall maintenance of the facility.
Coordinate the receipt and distribution of mail and packages.
Maintain the office at the highest standards and arrange necessary repairs
Orientation and Onboarding process for the new employees
Provide support to visitors
Support employees and managers with Office Administration related queries
Organize company events together with the Office Director
Partner with the Office Director&HR to maintain office policies
Coordinates the health&safety policies applicable in the office
Our ideal candidate should have the following skills :
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of equivalent work experience (preferable)
Excellent knowledge of English (as a company language)
Demonstrates highest level of ability in all aspects of communications.
Excellent problem solving ability.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive, self-starter, proven initiative
